Whitecap Development is Laurie Capello’s life’s passion. She solely owns and manages every aspect of the company. Growing up the daughter of a prominent Orange County apartment builder/developer, she was schooled in the demands of project management from a young age. Laurie began remodeling homes in the Southern California area over 25 years ago when she bought her first duplex.
